in your life. The natural elegance found on the Inn on Mill Creek's
seven acres in the forest makes the Inn the perfect outdoor
destination for your
special day.
Imagine exchanging your vows near a serene mountain lake with the
picturesque forest
all around you. At the Inn on Mill Creek, you can say
"I do" under a romantic arbor on the lake while the quiet hush of a waterfall and
babbling
brook lends itself to a serene atmosphere.
Couples may alternatively choose an indoor
setting under the cathedral rough-hewn cedar ceiling of the
Inn's great room, which overlooks the gardens and the forest
surrounding the Inn.
We focus on providing a beautiful venue for
intimate ceremonies and receptions of up to 30 guests in order
to maintain the tranquil and natural atmosphere of the national
forest in which we reside, and to be able to assist you with
planning your wonderful wedding day at the Inn on Mill
Creek.

How do I book the Inn
on Mill Creek for my wedding?
You have several options, ranging from renting
our grounds for your ceremony to booking the entire Inn for a
private wedding and reception plus overnight accommodations for
up to 20 guests, with many variations in between. Please contact

offer three packages based upon the size of your event:

CEREMONY FOR TWO
Elopements:
$200
We have
several locations at the Inn that will make your wedding
day absolutely beautiful for the two of you. Reserve a
stay of at least two nights at the Inn and $100 of the
facility fee will be applied toward the total cost of
your reservation. |

INTIMATE
WEDDING WITH UP TO 9 GUESTS
Ceremony (Indoors or Out) and Reception + Up to 5 Rooms:
$500 + room rates The Inn
on Mill Creek is the perfect spot for intimate
ceremonies, and our
Great Room is a fantastic place for your group to gather in a
relaxed setting before and after the wedding. Room
rates include full breakfast for your guests staying at
the Inn. The facility fee
includes use of the grounds or Great Room for your ceremony and
use of the grounds or the solarium for your reception. You
may cater in dinner for your reception with no caterer surcharge
to use the Inn's kitchen, or we will be happy to help with making a
reservation for your group at one of the many outstanding local restaurants in
Black Mountain or Asheville.
Please keep in mind that if you do
not book the entire Inn, other guests may be here at the same
time. We do alert guests when weddings are held at the Inn so as to
keep your ceremony and reception as private as possible. |

YOUR
SPECIAL DAY WITH 10-30 FRIENDS AND FAMILY
Booking
the entire Inn is required
Two-night reservation: $3,500
Three-night reservation: $4,500
Our facility fee for weddings of 10-30 guests includes:

Full use of the Inn and
its grounds for your wedding ceremony and reception

Overnight accommodations for up to 14
people*

Breakfast
for you and your guests who are staying at the Inn on Mill Creek

No
surcharge for an outside caterer to use the Inn
kitchen for one meal (i.e., lunch, dinner, or
reception). If you wish to have additional meals
catered at the Inn, a surcharge of 5% (minimum of
$20 per meal) will be added to your reservation
* Up to 4 additional adult guests OR 6
additional adults and children can be accommodated at
an additional $25 per person per night and breakfast.
SPECIAL NOTE: You may book the Inn for any
two-night stay with the exception of check-in on
Saturday and check-out on Monday.

What is your
policy on alcohol?
Your guests may enjoy beverages that you bring
to the Inn on Mill Creek. We have wine glasses and bottle
openers; however, we do not provide or sell alcohol. We also
strongly encourage you to plan ahead for designated drivers or
shuttle service for any guests who are not staying at the Inn on
Mill Creek. Our road winds through two miles of the National
Forest in the mountains and we urge you to avoid a dangerous
situation.
Do you provide any planning
services?
Not at this time. The Inn's fee covers full use
of the Inn for the ceremony and reception, our relaxing
accommodations and delicious
breakfasts. We recommend that you work with a
local wedding consultant to plan the ceremony and arrange the
other details. Please contact us for wedding planner referrals.
Additionally, we can give recommendations for wedding
officiates, caterers, chair and tent rental, florists, bakers,
and photographers.
When can I hold my
wedding at the Inn on Mill Creek?
Our gorgeous outdoor setting is available from
March through the first weekend in October. Indoor ceremonies for up
to 30 guests may
be held any time of the year.
I'm planning a
destination wedding...I'm not from this area. Can you help me
plan activities for my guests who are coming from out of town?

I need a place to host
my bridal shower, bridal tea, rehearsal dinner, anniversary
celebration, reunion, etc. Can I use the Inn on Mill Creek?
Our Inn is available for a variety of
celebrations for up to 30 attendees, and you can rent all seven
rooms at the Inn on Mill Creek for overnight accommodations for
up to 18 adults, or up to 20 adults and children. Please contact us via e-mail
