Joey the Cat lives in our private area of the house, and the outdoors is his playground. He made a new friend recently, Sal. He enjoyed chasing Sal, but Sal didn’t seem to enjoy being chased by a large orange fluffy ball. Then Joey decided to bring Sal to our office for introductions.
As Brigette crouched on her desk chair with her feet pulled under her and her hands over her eyes, simultaneously yelling, “Save him! Save him!,” and “Ewww!,” Dave rescued Sal from Joey’s overly affectionate embrace. Sal spent some time in an Ohio State mug [aside: it’s never too early before football season to say…GO BUCKS!] and he was safely relocated back to his home near the creek.
